GeoMedia Smart Client supports labeling of a feature. The label references to a single feature and is placed where the user wants to place the label. There are several requirements, which have to be fullfilled (see Section Labeling).

In this section is described, what the user can change in the administrator and not the basics how labeling can be enabled.

If there is a labeling table on the server, then at the parent feature a tab opens between Queries and Copyright.

Start label.PNG

In this window you can Apply the labeling feature to the parent feature. On the lower window you can create new labels. Click Add and a window opens, where you can name the labels, define the placement and which metadata should be shown as a label.
